浦东绿地铂骊酒店印度美食体验活动
9月7日,在上海浦东绿地铂骊酒店邀请了一些合作伙伴和当地媒体一起体验酒店新推出的印度美食。
新加入酒店的印度大厨MANOJ KUMAR给大家带来了地道的印度美食,从事厨师行业15年,不断钻研学习,先后在印度孟买的俱乐部酒店、知名印度连锁餐厅担任印度厨师长工作。从2011年就开始就来到中国,在北京、西安、成都都工作生活过,了解中国各地的饮食习惯。 此次来到上海,加入浦东绿地铂骊的大家庭,将印度美食带入西餐厅,他擅用各种印度香料,又了解中国人的口味,带给大家味蕾新享受。
围绕着咖喱展开,咖喱羊肉、咖喱土豆花菜、咖喱角、咖喱豆…搭配着印度香米,香气逼人,食欲大增。当然少不了闻名遐迩的印度飞饼,还有印度小吃糖球初体验。一边午餐,大厨一边和大家讲解印度文化,为什么爱吃咖喱?为什么会用手吃?正确的地道的吃法又是什么……大家在咖喱的香气中,欢声笑语地结束了愉快的印度美食体验。

On September 7th, the Qube Hotel Shanghai Pudong invited some partners and local media to try our new released Indian food.
Our newly hired Indian chef MANOJ KUMAR has extensive experience in Indian cuisine. He has been working as a chef for 15 years. He has worked as a chef of India club hotel and famous Indian restaurant chains in Mumbai, India. He has been in China since 2011 and has lived and worked in Beijing, Xi'an and Chengdu. He fully understands the tastes which Chinese people prefer. This time he came to Shanghai and joined the Qube hotel, he would bring us some brand new tastes of Indian food.
Curry lamb, curry potato cauliflower, curry horn, curry beans... with Indian Jeera Rice, which smelled so good, the appetite was greatly increased. Of course, we provided the famous Indian flying cakes, as well as some local Indian snacks.
During the lunch, the chef explained the Indian culture like why do they like curry? Why do they eat by hand? What is the right way to eat properly? Everyone had a good time.
